Dobla Chef Otto Tay Wins Asian Pastry Cup

The Asian Pastry Cup 2018 is a live event held in Singapore, with teams chefs by country competing demonstrating their skills. Each team creates one chocolate showpiece, one sugar showpiece, 18 plated desserts and 2 chocolate cakes withing an 8 hour time limit. Apromo Trading exhibited at Fantastic Food and Drink, a two day speciality food trade fair held in Sydney. This ran from 29th to 30th April 2018 at Sydney’s new International Convention Centre in Darling Harbour. It is a trade only event attracting speciality food business, especially retailers. Rima from Tartlet Bakery dropped off some samples for us! Tartlet Bakery is a customer of ours purchasing bakery ingredients.
