Gault & Millau, the respected restaurant guide, ran a trade only professional development event for chefs on 26th August 2015. This was held at the beautiful setting of The Pavilion Restaurant in the Botanical Gardens in Sydney. Apromo Trading attended and supported the event. This event brings together industry professionals and suppliers in a atmosphere of learning with fine foods and drinks.
Our Technical Support Manager Dominique Van Droogenbroeck ran the chocolate making masterclass. Of course this resulted in many beautiful chocolates which upon tasting were well received.
Apromo Trading also ran a stall at the event, where we displayed our range of Belcolade couverture.
