Apromo Trading exhibited at the Fine Food Fair again!
This Industry event was held at Sydney Olympic Park at Homebush over 4 days from 20th September to 23rd September 2015. As a trade event it attracted many professionals in the food industry. We had a prominent corner stand and spoke to many in the passing crowd. This year our display focussed on our frozen range so many croissants and other pastries were baked and tasted.
We enjoyed the support of a special guest, Pierre Pasquier from Brioche Pasquier, the French supplier of our frozen macarons and petit fours. Pierre is third generation of the Pasquier family creating these quality delicacies. The samples were welcomed by the many attendees.
We also held tastings of Belcolade chocolate, which is always popular.
The fair was also an opportunity for chef Filip Tibos, our new Melbourne account manager, to meet clients.
Thank you to all clients who visited. We are pleased with the number of leads for new business gained at this fair, and so will be busy in the coming weeks following up with the new prospects. Keep an eye out for us at future events.
