Apromo Trading sponsors Gault&Millau to launch their 3rd annual Guide to Melbourne & Sydney Restaurants

With a great venue in the Rocks, Sydney’s Museum of Contemporary Art, and a French theme of “A night in Paris”, over 300 industry professionals gathered for the book launch on Monday evening 9th November 2015. Several of the team from Apromo Trading attended for the socialising and networking. Apromo Trading supplied chocolate truffles and sample bags for the event.

The popular yellow guide reviews over 600 restaurants in Sydney and Melbourne with detailed commentary and ratings. Gault&Millau’s entry in to the Australian restaurant scene in 2014 has been well received by the local industry as evidenced by the many chefs, sommeliers and restaurant owners in attendance for this third edition of their guide.

Mr de Chérisey said, “Australia is truly a culinary country which is deservedly recognised as one of the world’s favourite dining destinations. With passionate local producers mixed in with incredible talent and a market who loves to dine, Australian restaurants can be proud of their reputation on the global stage”.
