Apromo Trading will exhibit at Mise En Place 2016.
Mise En Place is a trade event initiated by Gault & Millau, presenting an opportunity for industry professionals to engage with premium Australian suppliers and producers. The trade only event will feature masterclasses, exhibitors, demonstrations and the launch of the annual awards programme.

Join Belgian-born Chocolatier and Patissiere Filip Tibos and immerse yourself in a 45 minute chocolate sensory experience.
Filip completed his degree in Confiserie and Patisserie in Antwerp in 1986, and has since journeyed the world plying his trade. Over his career Filip has worked at competition level and has been recognised by the Absolute Vodka Challenge, Banquet d’or, Jocelyn Berquin Challenge and the Association of British Pastry Chefs Desert of the Year awards. Having cooked for royalty and worked in some of the leading hotels in the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia, Filip will share his passion and knowledge with you during this Masterclass.
Voyage through the cultivation, production and taste profiling of Belgium’s premium Belcolade couverture and Origin ranges. Journey through South America, Africa and the Pacific tasting Belcolade’s extensive Origins range of premium couvertures, available in Australia for chefs to create their very own exceptional culinary master pieces!
At the conclusion of the class, attendees will receive a gift bag from Belcolcade, valued at $30.
