Mark Dorrell Chief Judge from Gault & Millau Australia, along with Guy Roose and Dominique Van Droogenbroeck from Apromo Trading visited the Shangri-La Sydney hotel on 19th September 2016 to present Chef Anna Polyviou with a celebratory plate recognising her as a finalist in the Gault & Millau Pastry Chef of the Year Award.

While visiting the Shangri-La, Mark, Guy and Dominique also took the opportunity to enjoy the hotel’s famous High Tea, which is a particular success of Anna Polyviou at the Shangri-La.
