Mise en Place is a one day trade event orgainised by Gault & Millau in venues in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. The event is attended by hundreds of industry professionals and features dozens of exhibitors.
The Sydney event was held at Doltone House Hyde Park on 1st May 2017 with much networking and technical conversations outside the award presentations and masterclasses.
Apromo Trading is proud to exhibit at Mise en Place and to support the event by running one of the 7 masterclasses for the professional development of attendees.
Masterclass: Chocolate in Patisserie
Dominique Van Droogenbroeck showed how to make a well balanced dessert, combining different layers, textures and flavours in four easy steps. Dominique also presented current trends direct from Europe and led an open discussion.
Dobla’s President Asia/Pacific, Eric Kakebeen, supported Dominique’s masterclass with his product knowledge.
