Another happy customer of Apromo Trading receives technical support from Filip Tibos!
Filip ran a masterclass at BonBons Bakery production centre on 25th May 2017. He took along select products from the Patisfrance glaze range and Dobla’s range of chocolate decorations. With these he demonstrated different glaze applications and potential Dobla decoration options. Attending were key personnel including their pastry chef, purchasing manager, head of cake production, manager and vice manager.
Filip also led a troubleshooting / brainstorming session discussing new ideas for cake lines and future projects.
BonBons Bakery were very impressed with the content, time and effort Apromo Trading invests in supporting their customers with such training.
