The macarons are destined for the very popular Asian Inspired Matcha afternoon tea served by Chokolait. Ross is excited about the results and feels confident to start creating a salted butter caramel macaron and matcha macaron now he knows how easy it is to make them with the Patisfrance ingredients. Ross has already designed a superb tasting matcha ganache (made with Belcolade couverture from Apromo Trading) that he uses on one of his other creations, his Matcha Pavlova, and is soon to be featured as the filling in between his Matcha Macarons (made with Patisfrance Patismacaron from Apromo Trading).
