At the Gault & Millau 2017 launch in November 2016, Katey Shaw was announced as the winner of the Gault & Millau 2017 American Express 2016 Potentialist of the Year Award. This award came with a prize of an expenses paid culinary tour of Europe. Apromo Trading was pleased to recommend Katey to Puratos so she could experience training in Belgium.
