Apromo Trading attended and supported the opening of the Puratos factory in Melbourne on Wednesday 26th of July 2017. The factory was opened with presentations by Puratos local and overseas management. Speeches included the Mayor of Mornington Peninsula Shire. This was followed by a symbolic ribbon cutting and a tour of the facility, which was enjoyed by Guy, Thierry and Nick.
The market day was held in the afternoon which included displays of applications of many Puratos products. Lunch was supplied and much networking with industry members took place. Apromo Trading supported the event with a Belcolade stand, at which we offered tasting samples of courverture buttons including the Origins range. Pastry chef Filip Tibos represented us well by demonstrating many techniques in dessert preparations, including Filip’s eye catching preparation of hot chocolate in a Dobla sphere and chocolate lollipops.
