Filip Tibos, pastry chef from Apromo Trading, ran a masterclass at Damon Bradley, teaching chocolate techniques in the lead up to Easter.
Damon Bradley is a patisserie restaurant in the Southgate Restaurant and Shopping precinct in Melbourne. Apromo Trading is happy to support Damon Bradley as a client by supplying expertise in the form of our Filip Tibos.
Filip taught how to create a special hot chocolate drink using a Dobla hollow chocolate sphere, filled with small marshmellows, decorated with a chocolate face, then eventually melted into the hot chocolate drink. This demonstrates how chocolate can be humourous and entertaining as well as delicious.
