Mise en Place is a trade only event run by Gault & Millau. It is an opportunity for industry professionals to learn of new products and techniques, network with others, taste samples from suppliers, participate in masterclasses and be inspired in their work. Several industry awards are presented at this event.

Apromo Trading will be exhibiting at the event for you to Taste our Belcolade Origins and showcase new products we have introduced to our range in 2018.

At the Sydney Mise en Place, Dominique Van Droogenbroeck will present a masterclass teaching an impressive but achievable dessert; Expect hands-on experience, creativity with chocolate and a wow visual effect. Details and recipe will be disclosed at the event. Pastry chef Dominique is Technical Support Manager at Apromo Trading and very experienced at running such masterclasses. Well worth attending!
