Apromo Trading is proud to be able to welcome Stéphane Leroux to Australia for the Fine Food Fair in Melbourne and for his associated masterclasses and demonstrations in Sydney and Melbourne.
Stéphane will attend the Melbourne Fine Food Fair on Monday 10 and Tuesday 11 September 2018.

About Stéphane Leroux
Accolades include Meilleur Ouvrier de France Pâtissier in 2004 and vice World Champion Patisserie, first place at the “Chocolate sculpture” in the Las Vegas World Pastry Championship twice, teacher at École Nationale Supérieure de Patisserie, Belcolade international chocolate master since 2006… His talent and skills are recognised and acclaimed internationally by his peers.
Stéphane Leroux is currently Technical Advisor at Belcolade (Aalst, Belgium) and Trainer for the Alain Ducasse National Graduate School (France), the French Pastry School in Chicago, the INBP in Rouen and Glacier Formation in Paris.
