Gault & Millau hosted a Mise en Place event in Brisbane on 24th September 2018.
This was an opportunity for chefs and restaurateurs to network and share techniques between attending cooking demonstrations and the award ceremony.

Apromo Trading ran a stall at this event, where we met many industry professionals and promoted some of our key brands, particularly Belcolade and Dobla.
