Apromo Trading was proud to secure world renowned pastry chef/chocolatier Stéphane Leroux to present a masterclass at Australian Pastry Academy in Ryde on Thursday 13th of September 2018. This was a chance for keen chefs and industry professionals to learn techniques from one the world’s highest skilled chocolatiers, based in Belgium, the home of the Real Belgian Chocolate BELCOLADE.
With over 30 years of experience gathered by working across the globe, Stéphane holds various prestigious pastry titles including “First Prize World Pastry Team Championship”.
