This award was presented at the Gault & Millau awards ceremony and launch of their ‘yellow book’ restaurant guide for 2019.

The launch of the Gault & Millau 2019 Restaurant Guide was held on 11th February 2019 at Aerial Function Centre, Sydney.
This event is attended by many industry professionals. Apromo Trading ran a stall at the event, with many attendees tasting our samples.
