Chocolatier and Chocolate Maker Samanta Bakker
We are delighted to announce that master chocolatier @samanta_bakker will be appearing on stage at the new Sweet Spot demonstration stage at Foodservice Australia.
Samanta was born in Argentina and studied at L’Ecole Hospitality & Culinary School. She moved to Australia in 2005 and was responsible for production, training and product development at Koko Black. Since that time Samanta has trained in Japan, Switzerland, Italy and France. She has learned from famous chefs including Frederic Bau, Luca Mannori, Gilles Marchal, Carles Mampel and Amaury Guichon.
Samanta was appointed head of production at Monsieur Truffe in 2015 and is now responsible for all production and product development.
She continues to inspire upcoming chocolatiers and her sessions at Foodservice Australia are expected to be packed.
