Congratulations to Ellie Archer upon wining the Apromo Trading Award for Academic Achievement in Patisserie.

Apromo Trading is proud of their ongoing partnership programme with the William Angliss Institute.
The partnership includes bringing international chefs into the college to present masterclass demonstrations and sponsorship covering tuition fees for students who due to financial pressures may not have progressed to complete Certificate IV Patisserie.

Plus provides recognition & encouragement to the hardworking students as they embark on their career in industry.
