The Sweet Spot
A demonstration stage for all things sweet
The Sweet Spot features expert presenters showcasing all things sweet, chocolate, and patisserie. It includes hourly demonstrations exploring the latest trends and techniques and will be MC’d by Nerida Conway.
This is the spot for all bakers, pâtissiers and chefs looking to sweeten up their menu. The stage is located on the show floor and all sessions are free. All you needed to do is register for the tradeshow and come along.
Take a seat five minutes before each session as there will be goodie bag give-aways from our sponsors.
