We were honoured to sponsor this prestigious event with Cacao-Trace / Belcolade and share in the celebration of fine pastry and craftsmanship.

Hosted by Holmesglen, the event featured an inspiring Q&A session with Alvin Garcia, winner of The Great Australian Bake Off 2024, who shared his incredible journey in the world of baking. Paired with exquisite Tahbilk Coueslant Chardonnay Pinot Noir NV Sparkling, it was truly an afternoon to remember!
