Throwback: Easter Ready & Baking for a Cause!
We’re thrilled to look back on another successful Hot Cross Buns Drive in support of Baking for Brain Cancer!
Over 1,500 hot cross buns were handcrafted by the talented Certificate III in Patisserie learners at Holmesglen TAFE in Melbourne, alongside dedicated teachers—all to raise funds for vital brain cancer research. Together, they raised $1,500, now donated to this important cause.

Apromo Trading was proud to be a sponsor again this year, donating premium Belcolade chocolate couverture to help make the buns extra special!
