Victorian Patisserie Trainee Challenge 2026

We couldn’t be happier to reflect on the wonderful Victorian Patisserie Trainee Challenge, hosted by Holmesglen on 10 July 2026.

The event gave trainees the opportunity to showcase their patisserie skills in a competitive environment while gaining valuable industry experience and feedback from professionals.

Each winner was awarded a gift and congratulated by Michael Germanos, Apromo’s Executive Pastry Chef and Key Account & Training Support Manager (VIC), who shared his encouragement and professional insights with the students.
