Willies is the only Bean to Bar chocolate manufacturer in the UK.
Using a combination of antique and modern machinery, they create chocolate in small batches, with obsessive control over quality.

Willies chocolate is natural and pure, and fairly traded. Cacao fairly and ethically sourced - Bought direct from farmers or co-operatives - Willies use premium beans which are automatically significantly above the fairtrade minimum price.

Nothing added - chocolate in its purest form.
No flavourings, not even vanilla
No additives eg: soya lecithin

Milk of the Gods and El Blanco lower in sugar than other milk and white chocolates.

Batch made and minimally processed so likely to have high levels of antioxidants and vitamins.

None of the estates Willies works with use pesticides or fertilisers, some are certified organic. Willies uses a number of certified organic ingredients, for example the essences and raisins.
