Brunetti Masterclass
Emmanuel Mollois conducted a masterclass for staff at the iconic Melbourne family owned business Brunettis.
Emmanuel was supported by Filip Tibos, pastry chef with Apromo Trading, with the two days of training featuring products from Patis France. Apromo Trading provides such professional development to local clients with large commercial kitchens, supporting the products and brands we import from Europe.

Natalie Colombege Wins Apromo Trading Excellence in Patisserie Scholarship
Congratulations to Natalie Colombege who has been awarded the Apromo Trading Excellence in Patisserie Scholarship. The scholarship is available to promising non-apprentice full time William Angliss Institute Certificate IV Patisserie students, the highest level achievable, and assists students with tutoring and fee payments.

Christmas Season Trading Days
Christmas Season Trading Days
Apromo Trading closes public holidays. For other normal business days we will trade normal hours. As is our usual practice, we are closed on all Saturdays and Sundays.
Additionally our head office and warehouse at Rhodes in Sydney will close early at 2pm on both Christmas Eve and on News Year Eve. Our Victorian office does not get to close early.

With a great venue in the Rocks, Sydney’s Museum of Contemporary Art, and a French theme of “A night in Paris”, over 300 industry professionals gathered for the book launch on Monday evening 9th November 2015. The closing date for Christmas orders is 19th June 2015, but we do appreciate earlier orders.
