We are at Food Service Australia 2016 displaying our wares!

This event is open from 22nd to 24th May 2016 at the Royal Hall of Industries in Moore Park, Sydney. It is a trade only event for industry professionals.
Our chefs baked some samples for tasting from our range of frozen products. Also tart shells were filled, glazed and presented for tasting, along with Belgian chocolate and other delicious items.

Congratulations to Bernice Liam Farng Ewe upon wining the Apromo Trading Award for Academic Achievement in Patisserie. Michel Eyckerman Chocolate Masterclasses
We were honoured to host chef Michel Eyckerman from Belcolade during March 2016. Michel fills the roles of Chocolate Centre Supervisor and of Technical Advisor Patisserie & Chocolate with Belcolade. He has previously won gold medals at Richmont Cup 2014, Les Pellons D’or 2013 and Fonds Arthur Troch 1998.
Michel presented Chocolate Masterclasses at the William Angliss Institute in Melbourne and at the Puratos Innovation Centre in Sydney, attended by chocolatiers, chefs, apprentices and staff.

Easter shop now open at Rhodes
Our Rhodes head office is again running an Easter Shop. This warehouse outlet open to the public is an opportunity to purchase fine imported chocolates and confectionery at wholesale prices. Visiting has become an annual pilgrimage for some of our customers.

PatisFrance Product Development Tour By Emmanuel Mollois
Emmanuel Mollois, corporate pastry chef with PatisFrance, visited during February 2016 to work with Apromo Trading and its clients, visiting several sites in Sydney and Melbourne.
